SPECIAL NOTES/PRICING INFO SHIPMENTS Most orders shipped UPS. Parcel Post service is available for AK, HI, PR and international. Certain categories of merchandise such as Glassware, Fragile and Oversize items must be shipped by common carrier. *Save money by increasing the size and quantity (weight) of your order. Orders of $150.00 or more receive a 10% freight allow- ance. The more you buy, the more the shipping costs are proportionately lowered. Priority ship- ping charges are significantly higher, but delivery is guaranteed in one or two days. Orders requir- ing priority service, received at our Camarillo warehouse by 12 noon (Pacific), will generally ship same day. No freight allowance for priority shipping. WE SHIPWORLDWIDE! CLAIMS AND RETURNS PLEASE NOTE ANY SHORTAGES OR DAMAGE WHEN YOU SIGN FOR YOUR SHIPMENT! We take great care packing and shipping your merchan- dise so it arrives in good condition. If merchandise is lost or damaged in transit, a claim must be filed with the carrier. All shortages and damages must be noted when shipment is received. Failure to do this may prevent us from making a claim and providing proper credit to your account. If you have a problem with your order, please notify FSS within two days of receipt. All returns require prior authorization. NOTE: Not all merchandise is returnable. We reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee on returnable merchandise. PRICES FSS takes great pride in the fact that we have not changed prices mid-catalog in over 20 years. Every effort will be made to maintain prices. However, prices are subject to change without notice and all shipments will be invoiced at the prevailing price. All prices are net. *FREIGHT SAVINGS PROGRAM Orders under $150.00 are FOB shipping point. Orders of $150.00 andmore qualify for a 10% freight allowance. PRIORITY shipments and PAST DUE customers are exempt from the freight allowance. SAME DAY SHIPPING/MINIMUM FSS takes great pride in being the industry’s ship- ping leader. In most cases, orders are shipped the day of receipt. There is no minimum amount required for shipping orders. Orders under $50.00 will incur a $5.00 handling fee. CUSTOMER SERVICE/PAYMENTS OPTIONS Customer Service is available 7:30 AM to 4 PM (Pacific), Monday–Friday. Processing begins immediately upon receipt of your order.
